Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled service may result in a partial refund or credit at the company’s discretion, depending on the circumstances and costs already incurred.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of service are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Services

All same-day bookings, emergency deployments, or custom security solutions are non-refundable once confirmed.

Retainer payments and deposits for long-term or contract-based agreements are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
